• Job Site Preparation

Before commencing any painting, priming, or surface preparation, your home or workspace is masked and covered appropriately to guarantee sufficient protection in all areas.

• Furniture, Fixtures, and Surface Protection

Preserving your belongings located inside of your home is our main priority. All furniture pieces, fixtures, and surfaces are thoroughly covered and protected to prevent paint damage and maintain cleanliness during the project.The steps we take during this process ensures that your space remains protected throughout the entire process.

• Taping and Masking Edges

Strategic taping and masking along edges delivers sharp, professional lines and protects nearby surfaces from any stray paint application.

• Repair and Patching

Correcting imperfections is fundamental to achieving quality paint application. Our talented team carefully patches and repairs any cracks, holes, and blemishes to prepare surfaces correctly for primer or paint.

• Surface Cleaning

A spotless surface is the foundation of superior painting results. We accomplish this through sanding and filling holes, followed by thorough cleaning to eliminate all dust, dirt, and debris prior to priming or painting.

• Priming for Adhesion

We utilize premium oil or water-based primers to establish a smooth, uniform base that blocks staining and enhances the paint job’s durability and lasting quality.

• Caulking

For precise lines and sealed seams, we apply premium caulks to fill gaps around trim, baseboards, and other painted surfaces. High-quality oil or water-based caulking ensures durability through expansion and contraction, lasting far longer than lower-grade products.

• Ventilation and Environment Control

We implement effective ventilation practices during all painting work. Strong airflow accelerates drying and promotes cleaner indoor air. We also control environmental variables, like humidity, to optimize paint performance. Air movers and scrubbers maintain air circulation throughout, ensuring quality control on each project.

• Paint Application

• Trim Painting

Two coats of enamel trim paint or hybrid Enamel Urethane trim paint are spray-applied for smooth, consistent finishes. When site expectations or conditions necessitate brushing or rolling, we select lighter trim paints with superior self-leveling capabilities to ensure quality results.

• Ceiling Painting

During comprehensive interior paint projects, ceilings are typically spray-painted. For smaller projects or standalone ceiling jobs, we brush and roll these surfaces. Ceilings are always painted initially in our process, and we determine the application method based on each job’s unique requirements and what works best for the client.

• Wall Painting

Typically, we brush and roll your wall surfaces. When the home or building is being painted in a single sheen and color, we’ll likely spray the walls and ceilings simultaneously and back-roll throughout the process. Fine roller naps are used on smooth wall surfaces to achieve even texture application, and we use standard-sized roller naps on orange peel textured walls for full coverage and efficiency.
