The protective measures we take during this phase ensure your property remains secure through the entire project.

• Taping and Masking Edges

This phase is critical for preserving a professional and premium look throughout the entire process. Applying crisp, precise tape lines while masking guarantees a clean work environment and results in a final product with perfectly sharp edges.

• Repair and Patching

Fixing surface flaws is essential to developing the proper base for paint application. Our qualified team carefully patches and repairs every crack, hole, and imperfection to ensure a suitable surface prepared for primer or paint.

• Surface Cleaning

Starting with an immaculate surface is vital for outstanding paint results. We accomplish this through detailed sanding and hole filling, combined with complete cleaning to remove all dust, dirt, and debris before any priming or painting begins.

• Priming for Adhesion

We utilize premium oil or water-based primers to create a smooth, even base that prevents staining while enhancing the strength and longevity of your paint application.

• Caulking

To establish crisp lines and close gaps, we use top-quality caulks to fill spaces around trim, baseboards, and other painted surfaces. Premium oil or water-based caulking ensures durability through expansion and contraction, and performs considerably better over time than less expensive alternatives.

• Ventilation and Environment Control

We implement procedures to ensure proper ventilation throughout the painting process. Adequate air circulation reduces drying times and promotes a healthier indoor environment. • Paint Application

We deliver two coats of either enamel trim paint or hybrid Enamel Urethane trim paint via spray application to ensure a smooth and uniform finish. Based on job site requirements and circumstances, when brush or roll application for trim is needed, we select lighter trim paints with superior self-leveling qualities to preserve excellent finish quality when completed.

• Ceiling Painting

Throughout comprehensive interior paint projects, we typically paint ceilings using spray application. When working on smaller projects or ceiling-specific painting jobs, we use brush and roll techniques on these surfaces. Ceilings always receive paint first in our painting sequence, and the application method is selected based on each particular job and what best suits the client and overall process.

• Wall Painting

Most commonly, we brush and roll your wall surfaces. When a residence or building is being painted in a single sheen and color, we’ll typically spray walls and ceilings simultaneously while back-rolling throughout the application. We use fine roller naps on smooth wall surfaces to ensure consistent texture application. We select standard-sized roller naps on orange peel textured walls for adequate coverage and work efficiency.
