Our process included:

• Power Washing the entire exterior to remove dust, mildew, and chalking

• Scraping & Sanding any failing paint areas to ensure smooth transitions

• Spot Priming all bare wood and previously damaged sections

• Re-Caulking around windows, trim joints, and seams using premium caulking for a weatherproof seal

• Back-Rolling and Detail Sanding on the heavily weathered south elevation to ensure maximum adhesion and a consistent finish
