• Caulking: Old caulk was cut out and replaced with high-performance caulking to seal joints, seams, and trim transitions properly.

• Two-Coat Primer System:

• First, we applied Cover-Stain Oil-Based Primer to all bare wood.

• Next, we applied PeelBond Primer, which helps level minor surface imperfections and creates an ideal surface for topcoat adhesion.

• Body: Sprayed for even, consistent coverage and color depth

• Trim: For homes like this we spray a majority of the trim especially when we paint the sashes a different color from the window trim. This ensures clean lines and makes the project much more efficient considering all of the details! We back brush all rough areas and rough surfaces to get proper coverage.
