• Trim, doors, and windows were painted using Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel, applied via spray application for a flawless, factory-grade finish.

Before painting, we completed extensive prep work on all trim, which included:

• Cleaning and de-glossing existing surfaces

• Filling nail holes and surface imperfections

• Sanding smooth between coats

• Masking and protecting surrounding walls and floors to ensure crisp, clean lines and professional-grade results

Cabinet Painting Process:

The kitchen cabinetry received a full professional refinishing:

• We removed all cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware, labeling everything carefully for accurate reinstallation.

• A plastic-walled spray booth was built on-site to isolate the spray zone and control overspray and dust.

• A drying rack system and air scrubber were used to ventilate fumes and maintain a clean workspace.

• Surfaces were sanded, cleaned, and filled as needed, then primed with two coats of oil-based primer, with sanding between coats.

• We then applied two sprayed coats of Gemini EVO water-based lacquer, delivering a smooth, durable finish that resists chipping, moisture, and daily wear.

This project also included a significant kitchen upgrade, which we coordinated closely with the homeowner to ensure every step was executed in the proper order:

• We assisted in the selection and coordination of new countertops and sink installation prior to backsplash installation.

• After the countertop and sink were in place, we installed a brand-new backsplash and floor tile, giving the kitchen a cohesive, modern look with upgraded durability and clean visual lines.
