• Garage Door Frame: PVC trim, offering superior resistance to moisture and rot.

• Front Porch Columns: Two structural posts had bowed over time, presenting a unique challenge. We corrected the alignment by shimming the framing to bring everything into plumb before wrapping each column in ZIP Sheathing and  Hardie Panel and Hardie Trim.

• Flashing Installed: All belly band trim and front-facing brick areas were professionally flashed, ensuring water stays out and the structure remains protected for years to come.

• Window Installation: We installed three new Milgard windows on the home’s third-story dormer, improving both insulation and visual appeal.

As with every project, we began with thorough surface preparation—a key step that ensures longevity and a flawless finish.

• Pressure Washing: The entire exterior was pressure washed to remove dirt, mildew, and loose debris.

• Paint Scraping: Any areas with peeling or flaking paint were scraped down to a sound surface.

• Priming: All exposed wood surfaces were primed with Cover-Stain Oil-Based Primer to ensure strong adhesion and consistent paint coverage.

• Caulking: We sealed all joints, gaps, and seams using OSI and Vulkem 116 caulking, depending on the material and exposure. This step is essential for moisture protection and to prevent drafts.

With all surfaces properly prepped and repaired, we applied a high-performance finish using Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior Paint:
