• Soft Washing to remove algae, dirt, and salt exposure from the lakeside microclimate

• Scraping and Sanding any areas with peeling or weather-worn paint

• Priming all bare wood surfaces using Cover-Stain Oil-Based Primer to ensure a long-lasting bond

• Caulking joints and seams with OSI and Vulkem 116 to seal against moisture intrusion—especially critical on lakefront homes

High-Elevation Work with Limited Ladder Access

This home’s multi-level design meant we had to get creative with access. Working near property lines and around landscaped areas meant there was minimal space for ladder positioning in certain areas.

• We used a brush and back-brush technique to work paint into each groove and edge during the spray application process.

• On the dormer, we replaced damaged siding with new pre-primed cedar shake, then seamlessly integrated it into the rest of the finish
